Thameswolf is committed to protecting your personal data. When you purchase a fine art print from our studio, we collect the necessary information required to process your transaction and fulfill your order, including your name, billing address, shipping address, and email address.

Your data is handled securely and is only shared with our trusted UK print-on-demand fulfilment partner, Prodigi, to print and ship your artwork directly to your door. We do not sell or lease your personal information to third parties.

2. Terms of Service

By purchasing from Thameswolf, you agree that all photographic prints and custom artwork available on this website are the intellectual property of Simon Miller, Simontm71 and Thameswolf.

All print sales are for personal use and exhibition display only. Commercial reproduction, resale, or digital distribution of any Thameswolf imagery without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited under UK copyright law.

3. Returns and Refunds Policy

Because every piece of artwork in our store is custom-printed to order on gallery-grade archival paper via our professional printing house, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, your investment is fully protected. In the unlikely event that your fine art print arrives damaged in transit or features a printing defect, please take a clear photograph of the issue and contact us at thameswolf@gmail.comwithin 14 days of delivery. We will immediately arrange a premium replacement print to be produced and shipped to you free of charge.
